The Peavey MSDI Microphone Simulated Direct Interface offers the ease and clarity of a direct signal to you console with the added bonus of sounding as though you miked the amp. The MSDI is a specially voiced direct interface used to connect guitar amplifiers to PA or recording mic inputs.

A 1/4" jack is used to interface your amp's speaker output and speaker OR your amp's line out/send to the MSDI output. The MSDI features 100% passive circuitry, which means no clipping and no power supply required. Other features include speaker/load input, tone selector, output level control, and transformer-balanced XLR microphone simulated output with ground lift.

  • Peavey great product

    I hooked this thing up pluged in to channnel 1 on my board and paned left, then pluged in a mic to chennel 2 paned right. set board so thay were eq. volume, walked out front and played, to me thair was no diff. this thing is great no more micing my cab. peavey has never let me down.
