bulldog

The size is cute, but this has a heck of a lot of output. The Peavy MAX 126 Bass Practice Combo works for me even in the practice room with the drums and Marshall half stacks going for the other musicians. Pretty surprised. Good, clean tone. Very happy :)

Good for practice

This amp has great, loud sound for its small size. I live in a small apartment building and I can also play quietly without bothering the neighbors at night without needing to use headphones. Good, clean sound.

PEAVEY MAX126 is a very nice amp!

The Peavey Max126 Bass Combo practice amp is a great little practice amp! It sounds great with the trans-tube sound. Has very nice lows and highs. I used it with an Epiphone bass and it made me sound better than I thought I was! Plently loud enough for practice and even small venues (i.e. coffee shops). Plus it is very portable and lightweight for a bass amp. I'd give it a high 8 out of 10. Plus at this price it won't break the bank!

Decent amp for killer price

I've been pretty impressed with the Peavey. It's not an amp I'd use outside of practice (though for small things I suppose it would work) but hey, that's why it's a practice amp. DEFINITELY worth the price.
