  • good value, but there are better

I struggled with this amp for small acoustic gigs. It has a lot going for it...2 inputs and it is very light and portable. The amp is well constructed and the grill work seems like it would take plenty of abuse. The main problem that i had was that I just couldn't seem to get a well rounded tone from the amp. The best description that I could come up with would be thin and/or brittle. It also failed to give me enough volume to cover the room sizes that I needed to cover (church fellowship hall and senior center). In the end, I chose to go with the 60 watt Acoustic amp which gives me 4 inputs and a much fuller sound. It just weighs too much to let my kids carry it.

Great little amp for acoustic guitars. I play my Martin D 15 with it and sounds great! No gigs, just for my own enjoyment and along with friends. Very load and crisp sounds.
