The Peavey 6505 4x12 300W Guitar Cabinet has 4 - 12" Sheffield 1200 speakers loaded in a biplanar-aligned, infinite baffle, 300W closed-back cab. A perfect match for a 6505 or 6505 Plus head.
This Peavey speaker is constructed from high-density plywood. It has recessed handles and heavy-duty casters. 1/4" and XLR jacks. 16 ohms.

I recently purchased the 6505 slant cabinet to go with my Peavey 6505+ head. For sure its the perfect match and I've gotta say this is absolutely one of the loudest cabinets I've ever heard. Its really tight and the bass isn't all woofy & boomy like a Marshall. Solid construction as well, when you crank it up there is no vibration or creaking from this cabinet. Now I'm saving up for the straight bottom cabinet. Trust me, if you have a 6505 head then this is the only cabinet that will do it justice. I play an Ibanez RGA8 8 String into a Boss CS-3, Ibanez TS-9 and a Decimator G-String into my 6505+ half stack for the most brutal Deathcore/Djent sound ever.
This Cab is Phenomenal! Why can't more companies take the time to make pieces of gear like this, and then sell them at a price like this. I play through a Peavey 5150 Head, and this Cab rivals a Mesa 4X12, Soldano, VHT, Deizel, and all the other high end companies. This has a huge amount of gain, but it's very well shaped so it's not too muddy. The mids really pick up, which is what I need. Anyone who plays Metal knows that a High Mid, Decent Low, and High Treble Cab is ideal. Not only does this deliver on all 3 of those fronts, but it's also really effing loud!!! Get this for Metal and you'll be happy.
I use this at shows at my church's gym and a few of these is really all you need. The sound just keeps coming, and we've been using these for the past several years and they're holding up like an oak tree. Wow, try that for a metaphor.. but the Peavey 6505 is a total killer. Worth every penny.
