This Pearl Masters MCX Tom Drum is 10" x 8" and features a 6-ply 100% maple shell that offers increased power and superb projection for a great bridge between player and audience. Its warm full-bodied tone offers great sensitivity and sustain for a very lively sound.
The MCX tom drum is constructed using Pearl's exclusive SST (Superior Shell Technology) manufacturing process, which uses extreme heat, precision cut scarf joints, Pearl's proprietary Acoustiglue and over 1000 lbs of hydraulic pressure to create the ultimate acoustic air chamber.
