This Pearl Masters MCX Floor Tom is 14" x 14" and features a 6-ply 100% maple drum shell that offers increased power and superb projection for a great bridge between player and audience. Its warm full-bodied tone offers great sensitivity and sustain for a very lively sound.
The tom drum is constructed using Pearl's exclusive SST (Superior Shell Technology) manufacturing process, which uses extreme heat, precision cut scarf joints, Pearl's proprietary Acoustiglue and over 1000 lbs of hydraulic pressure to create the ultimate acoustic air chamber.
