Great Snare

I just got this snare and when I got it I was having some trouble tuning it because of the snare wires.. But after I got it tuned...this thing was so sweet its not even funny..its definitely worth the price and the natural maple sound is great..

Great Snare Drum!

I play mostly Post Hardcore/Hardcore music,And I wanted a Snare drum that could cut through all the Cymbals and Double Bass. The Pearl Maple Piccolo is definitely the right Snare Drum for that.I have owned many other Snare Drums such as,Pearl Chad Smith SnareDrum,Etc...I liked the Pearl Maple Piccolo the best. It's a great snare drum,And has a good sound that I enjoy.... Crisp Sound

This snare drum has a really crisp sound to it. Unlike other snare drums, this one doesn't have that hollow sound to it. It is really good for punk rock, and what I use it for, jazz. It doesn't get toned out by the cymbals and is really durable. Great snare drum!

Great value for a maple drum!

I recently found this drum on sale and it is worth every penny! The only change I made was installing an Evans Genera coated head on the batter side. Great rimshots and a lot of character.

A lot of "CRACK" for the buck

This snare is the machetti in my arsenal. This thing cuts through everything! Rim-shots are super clean with major crack. Against the advice of the huy at the local store I put a, "Power-Center head on it and man why did I do that, You'll never need another Piccolo if you treat this one right. I have friends who paid a lot more for a piccolo and after playing and hearing mines they regret spending more.
