This Drum Is nothing short of amazing, it (along with the may aluminum carrier) is one of the best sounding parade drums out there. Every one in class was green with envy when I brought this drum into the room. It was amazing sounding over the yamaha drums we have, Just replace the heads with some kind of kevlar, for me it was a remo black max and a remo falams side head. It is overall a great drum with pretty good snare respones even at piano. I hope to get the championship quints soon!!

As a member of the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park Marching Band Drumline i have much experiance with different drums including Yamaha and others. I have found this Pearl Marching Snare an amazing choice for any single player or even for entire drumlines.
