I have owned this snare before, and traded it. All of a sudden I started to miss it, so I bought a new one. And after playing it, and reliving the awesome crack it is known for, I have come to the conclusion that I will NEVER sell or trade this one! If you like that deep "bucket" look for a small diameter snare, either as a main snare or an auxiliary, then this is for you. Its 8 loud plies of maple wood, its split-lug design, and its stunning looks will keep you amazed as you strike it every time you play it. Believe me when I tell you... you won't be disappointed!

This is my second snare of this kind. I bought one used, and traded it with another drummer. After a while, I started to miss it terribly, so I bought a new one. I will NEVER sell or trade this snare to ANYONE! It has an awesome crack to it. Great sound. Enough said.

This is my second time owning this snare. I bought one before and sold it. But I missed it so much that I had to buy another one. This is the best sounding 12" snare ever. It has such pop for such a small size snare. As a fan of snares 13" and smaller, I truly recommend this drum. You won't be disappointed. As for the second one I bought, trust me... I WILL NEVER LET IT GO!

The snare drum has great attack, projection, and has a nice warm crack or pop to it. I have own mine for 3 years and it 's very durable. The snare drum is versatile and the price do not describe the drum, it is to me better quallity than some of pearl more expensive snares.

Pictures do not do this snare justice. I use this as my main snare. Everyone who hears it raves about it. It is an instant classic. If you like a little more room behind the kit the 12 inch size will give it to you. It's going on two years since I bought it and it still amazes me. You can really lay into it without overpowering the rest of the set.
