The Parker Dragonfly Bolt-On Guitar is equipped with most of the great features Parker is known for in an elegantly carved new shape, showcasing a new, more traditional and ergonomically shaped upper horn while retaining the look and feel that is unmistakably Parker. The flared headstock provides more strength and allows for a thinner profile and a faster, more comfortable neck. The DragonFly also features a 22 fret fingerboard enabling precise placement of the neck pickup for that classic neck-position tone. An HSS pickup configuration has been used for the wider palette of tones that today's guitarists demand from a high-end instrument. The Parker guitar's pickup mounting has also been improved to allow players to swap out the included Duncans with the pickup of their choice. Parker's new exclusive radial neck joint ensures better transfer of tone from neck to body and a precise fit with no slippage due to lateral sliding.

Great Quality

By Ron Benbynek

from Naples FL

I've been searching for a piezo equipped guitar to replace my worn Ibanez S2120AV for a couple of years now. In 40 years of professional playing I've tried them all. I was concerned that a non-Floyd Rose would give me tuning problems.(like the Mojo I bought a few years ago) So far, the Dragonfly has been great! I changed the stings to 10's and did all the necessary bridge and neck adjustments,(why does Parker put on 09's??)and it stays in perfect tune even without widening the nut slots. I love it!!

Great Sound for an amazing price.

By Austin Castleman

from El Dorado, Kansas

Wow. I am amazed at how this guitar has helped my band. I just recently bought this model at a flee market and find the sound quite amazing. We have had 3 gigs since i've been playing on this monster and I have gotten very good feedback on how it sounds. If I had the chance, I would totally buy this model again. Great for all kinds of metal music. :)

Quite amazing

By Hector Bazan

from Brownsville Tx

This is quite a piece of equipment, amazing action, pretty responsibe pickups , the HSS configuration of the guitar gives it a wide variety of possible different sounds, and the floating bridge stays is tune!! I tried the brown version and the "gloss" look way better in person than in the pictures, it will be nice for it to have 24 frets instead of 22 but, nobody really uses the very last frets anyways Too expensive? just a little, but the feeling of it really pays it... Like i said, quite a piece of equipment...
