LOUD!!
When I first brought this cymbal home from the store, I couldn't wait to play it. I put it on my stand (I used it as my main crash), and hit it. It was loud. Very loud. I tried to incorporate this into my playing, but by myself, it too loud (I got the 18" version). I was upset, but the next day, my band came over to practice. I realized that the cymbal is made to be heard over the 2 guitars, bass, and vocals. It was incredible! It works incredibly well as a second/trash ride, too! Hit it loud or with the tip of the stick, it's a great addition to anyone's kit!

Great Crash/Ride!!!!!!!!
This cymbal is great!!!! This cymbal is truly meant for Rock,Metal,or Punk!!! All Paiste RUDE Cymbals are extremely LOUD! Especially this one! Paiste RUDE Crash/Rides pack an equivalent amount of TNT and explosives as Zildjian Z Custom Crashes! These RUDE Crash/Rides have great explosive crash qualities and GREAT Heavy Thrash Riding qualities for HEAVY,AGRESSIVE sections in Heavy Metal,Nu Metal,Punk,Death Metal, Black Metal, or Hard Rock!!!

The Paiste Rude Crash Ride Cymbal is a favoite in my collection because it does it all for a great price and is durable. This cymbal can take a harsh beating as well as produce a smooth dark ride with excellent stick response. It works well with many styles. Try it out in the store, you won't be disappointed.
