Durable, Cheap, and doubles as a ride

This is an amazing quality cymbal I can't even start describing it! It is like a freakin superman cymbal...its virtually invincible (didnt even dent for me). I doubled it as a ride for my beginer set, because I liked the type of sizzling sound it wasmaking, it a unique crash/ride. I recommend this for beginners, but since these are great, I cant imagine what the PST 5s are like, so buy those in the pack to save cash in the long run.

crash and burn

This crash is truly amazing. Like the title says when you play it just catches on fire. It has a very strong tinging sound, and the sound just rolls on. It looks amazing on my set with its shine. But it is a little higher pitched then I thought it would be, but thats ok.

Great inexpensive Crash

I have a couple sets of Zildjians, but am always open to other sounds. This is a niche cymbal for sure....a rather quiet crash that adds a nice dimension to an array of cymbals. If you have a limited budget, give it a try.

very quiet

I got this cymbal because i couldnt afford anything else. the only real problem with it is that it is much too quiet. my other crashes just drown it out. but its a decent buy if you cant afford anything else.

It's ok...

I'm an intermediate player, and i needed to upgrade my set. I don't have a job, so i needed an inexpensive cymbal. I saw this cymbal here and read the reviews and it seemed ok. I ordered it and when it came in i was disappointed. It sounds very clangy, and not at all like a crash should. The one thing i love about this cymbal is the bell. It sounds awesome! That's really the only reason i gave it 3 stars.

Absolutely excellent for the price

This cymbal is awesome for the price. I love the PST3s. I shopped around for quite a while and before buying this one.turns out the one i picked was also the cheapest. my buddy has the PST5s and these are not too much different.Of course it doesnt sound quite like the signtature or twenty series but thats not a bad thing. just let it break in a bit and it has great sound. its not crazy loud which is good for the setting our band plays in. the decay is perfect for rock. for faster punk styles something with a quicker decay might be better. excellent durability also. save your money and go Paiste.

pretty nice crash

I have had the 16" for about 5 maybe 6 months and it is still holding up pretty well. it has a nice medium sound to it not high or low. although it has a couple small dents and has a bit of a shorter ring now Id still say its a great buy and cheap. ( also has a decent bell )

Paiste 14 Inch Pst 3 Crash

I got this Crash for my birthday. It sounds great, is extremely durable, no marks or anything, it sounds pretty good as a Ride too. It originally surprised me with its pitch which at the time i thought was a bit too high. But after an hour or two i loved it.
