I have owned the Paiste PST 3 China for 2 years now, and I couldnt be more satisfied! Its loud, gorgeous, and has a quick comeback for rapid attacks. I didnt think that this thing would last 2 years of grunge metal, but it certainly has, and im 110% satisfied with this product. PAISTE OWNS!!!!
ladies and gents, i present you an amazing china that wont let you down. ive had this china for almost a year or so now and i play in a hardcore band where i use it constantly for breakdowns and it has shown no signs of cracking or tearing. this china is wayy loud, enough to be heard over the guitar amps. its got a thin but deep sound to it. first china i bought and cant imagine any better
I've been using Wuhan chinas for years now and I thought I'd try a brand name one like Paiste- so i went to my local Guitar Center and picked up one. Sadly, when i got home and i played it with my kit, it sounded like a car crash under water... It was pitiful.. It's not trashy at all. I play mostly rock and alternative, and sometimes metal but not often- and i hate this cymbal. It's just not for me... If you play jazz this would be a good cymbal because it is fairly soft and not so aggressive sounding.
