their amazing

over the last 4 years i have used zildjian, meinl and sabian and they've all cracked within six months of me using them. 2 years ago i started to use paiste to see if they were any different and the first thing i noticed was the quality in sound. after this i was just praying that they would last longer before they cracked and they came out 10/10 in the strength. i only get paiste cymbals from now on because i know that they will last and the sound everytime (even i order over the internet) is the best i have heard so far. basically PAISTE RULE!!!!!!!

2002 crash 17"

This crash is what a 17" crash cymbal should sound like. When struck hard it creative an explosive amount of colorful overtones which accompany other cymbals nicely! On lower levels of intensity for ballads this cymbal peaks but at a lower intensity giving it more shimmering sounds and lush overtones. When contantly struck it sounded like a mini ride cymbal and was really bright high overtones. Durability is great had it for 3 years now not a dent or crack on it. On a recording it sounds even more awesome as to where placed just right the mics catch it's true beauty!

If they only knew...........

Paistes are in my opinion the best. The other manufacturers have their place. It is about choice. I choose Paiste. I have had Older style Alphas, 2002's and Signatures over a long period of time. 2002's were developed to be heard over amplified music. Back in the early 70's these are what everyone wanted to play! Not only that, the look of the cool upside down China was what everyone wanted. Even if they never hit that thing, everyone wanted one! Over the years of buying kits and new cymbals of different types, I always come back to Paiste. 2002's have been around for a long time. They do not fail. If you break it, you can go back and buy the same cymbal again and get the exact same sound. Consistant. That is important to me. Pricing? You get what you pay for. Playing in front of people and having everything Shine is also important. These cymbals required LESS overall care than others. I do treat mine like gold, and wipe them down after playing. I treat mine like they are an investment. That is how I feel about Paiste as a whole. The Alphas are top of the line for a great price. 2002's and Signature series, none better. The Twenty Series is something worth investigating. Unbelievable!! I Love My Paistes!

Paiste does it again!!!

After buying some sound edge 2002's a while back, I decided to try the 2002 crash. Good thing I did. I got the 16" crash. Explosive!!! The rolls sound great, and they take a beating. I just think that 16" is a little too high pitched for me, but I still like the sound so much, I'm keeping it. I'd get this over anything else.

17" paiste crash

To start off I am a zildjian guy and really love zildjian cymbals I only had zildjian cymbals until today.I always said that i dont really like paiste's for some reason I don't know why.It is a really nice cymbal especially the sound you get after you hit the cymbal really nice buttery sound, you can actually hear the traces of silver in the thing. If you are a guy that likes sabian or zildjian or somthing else just close your eyes and hit the cymbal, listen to it.The cymbal has this really nice flow when hit soft and is really full and bright. It blends in and cuts through the drums and says IM HERE!.Whene hit hard it's really simmery, yet really versatile. This is a very good cymbal and I still am very shoked having a paiste in my set of cymbals but I love it buy this cymbal!
