The iLok site sucks

The site/server that manages the iLok is incredibly slow, times out a lot, and then it is has failed opearations that render the iLok useless for downloading new licenses to it. What a peice of junk - digidesign should find another way to secure their apps and plugins.

Its Necessary...

Many of the sample libraries and plug-ins require it...that's about all there is to this one. Another review mentioned the cumbersome nature of their website. It can be cumbersome, but some companies (i.e. East West) automate the process for you, which is very nice...
