The PRS 25th Anniversary Santana Electric Guitar boasts shadow bird inlays, a headstock eagle, purfling strips on the body, Santana pickups with covers, and the patented PRS tremolo.
The year was 1976. Carlos Santana was in his dressing room waiting to play a gig at the Capital Center in Washington D.C. A tall, slender 20-year-old Paul Reed Smith with abundant curly hair and wire-rimmed glasses made his way backstage with a guitar he'd just built for Peter Frampton. This was the start of a lifelong creative partnership between Carlos Santana and Smith that has done much to shape the destiny of Paul Reed Smith Guitars.
To celebrate this pivotal alliance, PRS is proud to present the 25th Anniversary Santana guitar. Appointments include a 24-1/2" scale length, 24 fret bound mahogany "Santana" wide fat neck, and a rosewood fretboard.

I got this Santana at my local GC .It was the Demo model.Only there 2 weeks. Great fit and finish on this guitar. As with all PRS guitars, this one plays smooth as silk. the pups are great and have a good bite to them.I'm liking them more as time goes by.The neck is fat but very comfortable and fast.I have not seen any down sides to this guitar.sounds and plays great.Mine has a 10 top in Santana Yellow and it's a beautyful guitar.a real stunner.Get One when you can as you'll love this guitar to.It's a keeper.
