Overview

Joey Jordison puts everything into his fiery drumming performances, and has also literally put himself into these autograph sticks-the sticks are imprinted with Joey's signature in ink mixed with his own blood!

Made of American Hickory, these TX515W Joey Jordison Autograph Series sticks are based on the popular 777 design but slightly shorter in length. The round wood tip provides exceptional articulation, power and consistency. The diameter is the same as the company's best-selling 5A, so it is a practical stick as well, that should enjoy universal appeal.

i got these babies the day they came out and they are PERFECT! they do take some getting used to because they are like mallets and sticks mixed togeather, but once yo get used to them they are almost better then sticks, they have a amazing bounce and you can't feel any vibration. oh and if you didn't know joey put his blood on the ink of some sticks stay (sic)

I bought these sticks at a guitarcenter about aweek ago. In that week i played with them on my kit three times. These sticks have a cool light and durable feel and the tip is just what i wanted. I singhed me and a friend up for the talent show for a drum battle. He came over my house wigth his set and we were jamming. All of a sudden one of the sticks craced then broke in half while we were rehearsing. I quickly grapped a different stick that was simmilar and kept plaing with one joey stick and one knockoff stick. Soon enough the other stick broke. they were great while thay lasted about 3 days. But i wanted to keep them for along time so it was not worth the money. I wonder if joey actually plays with these sticks on tour because if he dose he will probably spend 100 dollars on back up sticks for the whole concert.

WOW! great sticks

By ryan hoffman

from monroe mi

ive played with alsorts of differnt models off sticks trying to find my favorite i enjoyed the round tip on the promark SD1's but didnt like the heavey body. i hated 5Bs and the spear or tear drop shaped head. so i steered clear from them. on top of that i was breaking every stick i layed hands on nothing last for more than 4 days. I saw theese and thought ok im not a huge joey fan but i know he plays fast and hard and i noticed they had a round tip. so i got a pair i was amazed with them i got that feeling of the sticks being an exstension of my arm. went down stair and riped on them for 2 or 3 hours and they stood up well any way ive had them for over a month now and still havnt broke them I am truly amazed. all i play with now is theese and my easton A-heads on occasion i would recomend theese to any drummer especially if you are looking to get good speed out of your sticks

These sticks are comfortable and feel great. I don't know how long they'll last but I do plan on getting more. Another plus is they have Joey Jordinsons blood on them.

Joey Jordison for president!!!

By Henry

from Kissimmee, FL

These sticks are great! They are light just like a 5A stick should be, but have the balance of a 2B stick which gives the sticks great controll. They also have good lenghth. They aren't long to the point you are going to hit a tom and you end up hitting a cymbal, nor short to where you have to extend your arms greatly! These sticks are good for advanced and beginers. Stay (sic.) Maggots!!!! \m/

Best Pair of Drumsticks I've Ever Used

By Micah

from La Mesa, CA

I'm a fourteen-year-old drummer and I have played many drumsticks- I've only purchased three to personally own. These drumsticks are my absolute favorite pair out of the three pairs I have (Danny Carey sig. Vic Firth, Tre Cool sig. Zildjian). These sticks are very light but heavy on the tip for an excellent bounce and control. I've owned them for over half a year and I still choose to use them for most of the music I play- whether just snare alone or full set, I fully recommend these drumsticks. Mine are beaten up and marked with battle scars and I still recommend them and will continue to use them for as long as they last- then buy another pair. They are thin for easy handling and fast fills with heavy tips so you can play either softly or very loudly. I fully recommend these for any drummer of many styles- they are not just thrash metal sticks but very versatile for use. Five stars!

pure speed

By Jonathon

from Kansas City, MO

As of writing, this is my second-favorite pair of sticks for speed metal, right behind Chris Adler's very own signature Pro-Mark sticks. These suckers are light, and have round tips for maximum bounce. It goes without saying that these babies get you going across the kit simply by design. I couldn't help but play fast with these in my hand! My only gripe is the round heads. While they do give great bounce, they don't quite give the attack I'd desire, unlike the CA sticks which have triangle tips (or acorn tips). Also, the CA sticks have the same degree of lightness, making them perfect to me. But don't let this sway you from these sticks. It's all personal preference. I'd highly recommend giving these a try. You will at least gain new knowledge about your stick preference.

Very light, overall good sticks

By Dustin

from Burlington, North Carolina

I used to play with a 2B, but when I heard about these, I bought two pair, one to try out, and one to just keep. I was amazed at how light they were, but then again, never used a 5A, and never going back to 2B.

good joey

By scott scotter spencer

from burt mi

I read all of the reviews and im going to guitar center to get 2 or 3 pairs of these sticks and I also heard that they feal gerat , much better than ahead, ( the only time i will ever use ahead is when i want to try to do a drum solo like joey when he used ahead) but I hope that these sticks will be the best and they wont bust unlike the other pro marks.
