Zemaitis GZ-4000

By BIG SEA

from California

I bought my Zemaitis By Greco GZ-4000DF Blackbeards Island Last week and let me tell you this is the best guitar to come along in years! I have currently ordered a custom shop Zemaitis and A Greco 3500 because I was so impressed. The guitar makes me happy after I put it down and I can't wait to pick it up again. The guitar cost $4000 and it was a shot in the dark as there was no way for me to see or test the guitar before purchase. I ordered two Eric Clapton Belleza Bianca's in March and I would seriously hold the quality of these Japanese Made GZ's to them. I looked over every mm to find flaws or blems.NONE! I bought a Gibson Les Paul Zakk Wylde Camo last year and was very impressed by the neck but not by the finishing's of the guitar.Very sloppy to those I bought in the 1980's. My Jackson soloist sings at 24th fret like no other and very much to my surprise so does the Greco.I like the scale better up to the 24 on the Jackson but I will learn to get use to the scale on the GZ like I did with the Ernie Ball Eddie Van Halen's. Greco Zemaitis guitar's are going to rise!
