Pacific Drums and Percussion Limited Warranties
LXE/LX/MX/MXR/CX/SX Drums:
Drum shells and drum hardware are covered for three (3) years. Drum finishes are covered for one (1) year.
FXR/FX/FS/805/EZ Drums:
All FXR, FX, FS, 805 and EZ Series drums and their components are covered for one (1) year.
Pacific Hardware and Pedals:
All PDP Hardware and Pedals are covered for one (1) year.
This warranty protects the original retail purchaser, only. If a covered product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Pacific will repair or replace the product at no charge. To obtain Warranty service, return the product to your authorized Pacific Drums Dealer along with your original proof of purchase. In the case that the dealer is unable to correct a warranty defect, the dealer will then contact Pacific for further instructions and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No shipments will be accepted without an RA number. Any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
This Warranty does not apply to 1) drums purchased from a source other than an authorized Pacific Drums dealer, 2) any owner other than the original purchaser, 3) defects caused by neglect, moisture, extreme temperatures, handling, shipping or use under normal playing conditions, 4) alterations made after the product leaves the factory and 5) drumheads. Pacific Drums and Percussion shall not be liable for incidental, consequential or other damages that may arise as a result of or related to any defect or failure of this product. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Pacific Drums and Percussion's maximum liability pursuant to this warranty is limited to the monetary value of the product that is the subject of the warranty claim.

I have played on this kit and loved the actual drums shells. They are nice and if properly tuned can sound like an 800$ set. Although people like different heads, I like Remo Powerstroke 3 heads on all my drums because it gives a quick and toned response which is used alot in pop punk. The cymbols are another story, the crash is terrible and dents very easily. I highly recommend Paiste Alpha or PST 5 crashes as they are exellent cymbols for a drummer on a budget. The hi hat is also pretty bad too. I HIGHLY suggest the hardware kit that is just 299$. With that you get the pleasure of choosing your own cymbols. As far as hardware goes the stands are pretty sturdy and the high hat stand is very nice. The bass drum pedal is good but I have seen much better. The cymbol stand is sturdy and can handle hard hitting. OVERALL: This is a very great kit but needs serious thought on cymbol upgrades.
I've been playing drums for about 4 years now, and cuz it's a decent kit despite it being low-end, I'm still using it. I promise you'll HATE the crummy placeholder cymbals that come with this, but at least you get cymbal stands out of it. Cymbals are the first thing to upgrade. The heads will all need to be replaced, and you'll notice a dramatic increase in sound quality when you replace the factory ones. I've played about 7 shows with this kit (though I'll admit, I've upgraded the Snare drum), it can pass for a middle-end kit if properly built upon. The shells are a 5, but I give the product a 4 because the cymbals aren't worth the metal they're made of. If you already have hardware, buy just the shells.
This is a great starter kit. but the cymbals and heads are trash. But the hardware is decent, except for the bass pedal. But overall, the kit is very good for the price.
