  • A Sturdy Buy!

As reviewed by expiredmomentum on 10/12/2006

This stand, compared to the stand that came with my Ludwig starter set, is very sturdy. I currently use it for my B8 crash cymbal and it holds up just great. Also, as you can see, the legs are double-braced for more foundation. I highly suggest this stand!

  • To Be Fair

As reviewed by Der AuBenseiter on 5/4/2007

To be fair, it's dirt cheap. $34 is damn good, I have never had one complaint with any Pacific Drums stand. I have one that may look flimsy but I put a heavy 20" ride on it and not so much as a tremor. If you are going to play crashes this stand is solid, just don't put any extra attachments to it.

  • AWESOME STAND

As reviewed by Moses on 12/12/2008

I bought 5 of these for my drumset about a year ago. I use Sabian B8 cymbals, which are pretty heavy if you don't know. I have a 20"ride, 18", 16", 14" crashes. and a 10" splash. These stands hold them all perfectly! Just find the center of gravity and you're set. They don't slide around on the floor or tip over. They hold the settings I put them on because of the notched boom. They're not too bulky and so they don't make your drumset look like something from the Sci-fi channel. If you want great stands, these are the ones to buy.
