Poplar shells offer a great blend of sustain and punch, and are outfitted with Remo heads as well as attractive black lugs and hoops. 2 - 22" x 18" kick drums, 8" x 7", 10" x 8", and 12" x 9" toms, 14" x 12" and 16" x 14" floor toms, and 14" x 5-1/2 snare, plus a setup DVD. Cymbals and hardware sold separately.
Pacific Drums and Percussion Limited Warranties
LXE/LX/MX/MXR/CX/SX Drums:
Drum shells and drum hardware are covered for three (3) years. Drum finishes are covered for one (1) year.
FXR/FX/FS/805/EZ Drums:
All FXR, FX, FS, 805 and EZ Series drums and their components are covered for one (1) year.
Pacific Hardware and Pedals:
All PDP Hardware and Pedals are covered for one (1) year.
This warranty protects the original retail purchaser, only. If a covered product or component fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Pacific will repair or replace the product at no charge. To obtain Warranty service, return the product to your authorized Pacific Drums Dealer along with your original proof of purchase. In the case that the dealer is unable to correct a warranty defect, the dealer will then contact Pacific for further instructions and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No shipments will be accepted without an RA number. Any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
This Warranty does not apply to 1) drums purchased from a source other than an authorized Pacific Drums dealer, 2) any owner other than the original purchaser, 3) defects caused by neglect, moisture, extreme temperatures, handling, shipping or use under normal playing conditions, 4) alterations made after the product leaves the factory and 5) drumheads. Pacific Drums and Percussion shall not be liable for incidental, consequential or other damages that may arise as a result of or related to any defect or failure of this product. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Pacific Drums and Percussion's maximum liability pursuant to this warranty is limited to the monetary value of the product that is the subject of the warranty claim.

Not enough words on this earth to say how much I love this kit! It is such a great kit for playing live or recording in a studio which i have. The tone is so sweet and punchy really great for playing thrash and speed metal but can also be used for everything else, can cut through anything. The price is like a steal should be worth more. They should have stamped DW on this kit not pdp!
I finished setting up my new drums today and DANG are they sexy! In case anyone is hung up in whether or not to get it because of the lack of specification of tom mounts, THE TOM MOUNTS ARE INCLUDED! I almost didn't buy this because I never got a clear answer if the tom mounts came with or not. Luckily, taking the risk, I bought it and got way more than I expected! It took me a few hours to set the whole thing up, but that's only because there's just so much that you get! I even got gig bags (cheap cloth ones, but STILL was not even expecting that!), a set of sticks, and a drum key. The snare head, however, is not the greatest so I will very soon be replacing it with an Evan's Onyx snare head for a dark sound. The Remo heads that are on it are simply just regular, plain Remo's (not emperor series, etc). One last note, as for stands, there is NOT a snare stand in this pack (understandable); ONLY the tom mounts. Happy drumming.
I have had this set for a few weeks now. For this price this is the best set around. I have played for about 15 years, everything from drum corps to being a session drummer. I own 4 sets (5 now) and got this because i was asked to play in a metal band and none of my other sets fit the bill very well. Two were small sets set up for jazz (yeah im a jazz player in a metal band, crazy i know)and the other was a 5 piece low end set and a latin setup. This set is grate even with the heads that come on it (Remo heads made in china). I put on evens hydos and tuned it pretty low. It now has a VERY nice sound. Without any EQ they sound like what you want a set to sound like. I tuned the bass drums differently and use two crossed double bass drum pedals, pretty fun having it set up like that. Comes with two "bass drum" pillows. The only thing i dident like about the set was the snare, but do you ever get a good snare with a shell pack?? Its not a bad snare just not anything grate. Shows in the photos ported bass drum heads but mine did not come with them. You can pick gray or gray. Looks good but wish there were more options. Overall this is a nice set and it sounds just as good as my DW set. Dosent sound the same but just as good with a different sound. This set sounds better then the Tama or Pearl 8 piece set that cost the same or a few hundred more. This set does not look like a pro set but it sounds like one.
