I was at a guitar shop the other day looking at guitars, then I picked up this light odd looking thing, it was an Ovation Celebrity. I thought my god are you serious? So i sat on a stool and plugged it an a amp, and I played "Dust in the wind", my god the sound was loud and crisp, i was so impressed. So my dad saw me playing really good with it, so he bought it for me. I can play metal, soft rock, jazz, country, and the Ovation plays superb. Its is really worht your money and I highly recommend this guitar for every one.
ive had this guitar for about 4 years, been playing live every weekend since. The electronics have never given me any problems,and the sound is as clean as when i got it. Ive thought about getting a more expensive guitar, but just as a luxury, because this guitar gets the job done.
I bought this guitar about four months after Christmas and have played it almost everyday!I walked into GC and saw it hanging on the wall...I played through an Acoustic amp(which sounds Really good). I recomend it to anyone who has had experience with guitars.It rarely gets out of tune and sounds great when plugged in. I drop my picks ALOT but the bowl makes it soooooooo much easier to get them out. Thes things stand the bumps on walls or chairs. Overall, it's an amazing guitar.
