One fourth of Sixx's royalties from the guitar will be donated to Running Wild In The Night, a charity Sixx established in conjunction with Covenant House to provide a sanctuary for homeless and runaway youth from the streets.
Ovation's Slimline pickup captures the guitar's pure acoustic tone and delivers it with a powerful signal that has ample headroom to combat feedback in high-volume conditions. The OP4BT preamp offers +/-12dB control over the bass, midrange, and treble frequencies for great tonal flexibility. Its onboard tuner is easy to use and helps you stay perfectly in-tune, even when using open or non-standard tunings. The OP4BT preamp has a gain knob, a battery LED, plus bass, mid and treble EQ sliders. The warm acoustic guitar tones are combined with the pre-amp electronics to create the signature Ovation sound.
