White bound rosewood fretboards over Ovation's unique aluminum-channel neck cores provide unparalleled stability and warp resistance. The guitar's super-shallow Lyrachord bowl delivers fantastic projection through multiple soundholes.
Great doubleneck guitar for the price. Ovation guitars never disappoint in quality, finish, or tone. I'll warn you if playing standing, this one is a bit heavy on a strap, but other than that I have no complaints. The electronics have eq, & also allow you to switch between necks 12 string, 6 string, or both active. Also comes with a nice case, very good protection without adding as much weight as my Alvarez-Yairi doubleneck case (the Alvarez case is quite hefty to carry around. To top off the deal t is also strung with d'addario coated exp strings. They sound excellent with the bright bronze tone. even though this was a blemish ed guitar, I have yet to find a defect. Great value for the money!
