I just bought this guitar today after spending an hour looking for the right acoustic to follow my Ibanez AEF30. What I love most about this guitar is the neck. It feels AWESOME, sounds nice and full considering the slim figure (sounds even better through a marshall acoustic amp), and it looks great. I bought the black one, but the natural and the red come with unpainted necks and have less paint on the face of the guitar so it makes them sound a bit brighter. However, unless you're really picky, you won't notice. Oh, and the back is not plastic. It's a carbon composite =) I love this guitar!
This is a great guitar. It looks amazing and sounds just as good. You cannot beat this guitar for the price. It sounds amazing plugged into an amp as well as unplugged. It is lightweight and easy to play. The only thing I reccomend would be to lower the bridge a bit once you get it for easier play. It comes with some peices of carboard under the bridge just take out a couple the next time you string it up and it will sound and play amazingly. Buying this guitar would not be a mistake.
I love this guitar. It's easy to play, and its perfect for any level of experience. The round back makes it really comfy, but it still has that full tone to it. The built in tuner works really well, and it's so convenient. I bought mine in a red finish, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I took a picture and you can see my reflection in it perfectly. The wood on the back of the neck is beautiful. I was considering buying an ovation with the leaves on it, but i decided on this one for the sound quality. For a primarily acoustic player that wants a little bit of an electric feel, this guitar is perfect. I have no complaints.
