This OCDP Drum Throne features double-braced tripod legs; a thick-padded, silver-sparkle height-adjustable seat with memory lock; and heavy-duty rubber feet, so you won't get caught slippin' away from your set.
As a drummer who plays a bunch of shows, lasting around an hour per each set, I can say that the throne you sit on does matter. I used to just play on a basic throne with not much padding and I used to get incredible sore. As soon as I got this throne, with the thick padded seat, I haven't had that problem. The silver sparkle also matches my newport kit. Don't get a throne with a seat back, as it will only encourage bad posture.
this throne is perfect if you play for an extended period of time. i had a cheep pdp throne and this one is a huge upgrade. great throne for the cash.
This throne is GREAT!!!! Looks sweet and, SUPER comfortable!! solid as a rock, and can hold even the big guys
