Comments about Seagull Entourage Mini-Jumbo Acoustic-Electric Guitar:
The guitar arrived at my local Guitar Center very quickly, but it was damaged. Specifically, the pick guard glue had apparently softened and the pick guard had moved toward the sound hole, leaving a rim of sticky glue on the guitar top. While the tech said it's an easy repair, there seems to be a slow and complex "warranty process" he must proceed though. He couldn't even give me an estimate of when it might be ready! It's now over week, and he hasn't heard back.
I'm hoping someone at corporate sees this and can expedite the process.
