Comments about Ibanez G207CWCNT Solid Top Classical Acoustic 7-String Guitar:

I am very pleased with this 7-string. I tune the 7th to A, in the jazz tuning, and it is not muddy and projects excellent. Have gigged with it multiple times, and everyone comments on it. I received excellent service from the Knoxville Guitar Center!

Comments about Ibanez G207CWCNT Solid Top Classical Acoustic 7-String Guitar:

I have had this guitar for just over a month now and am really enjoying it. I am tuning the 7th string to a low A and playing baroque lute and keyboard music. The low A allows me to reach some of the original lute bass lines, making for a richer sound. The really wide fingerboard makes for some long left hand stretches though, and switching back and forth to a more conventional neck can be tricky.

I don't think you can beat this guitar for the price. I am now thinking of getting the Ibanez 8-String that should be available in a month or so.

Comments about Ibanez G207CWCNT Solid Top Classical Acoustic 7-String Guitar:

I have had this guitar for a little over a month and am enjoying it thoroughly. You can't beat it for the price. The tone isn't as good as some of my older and more expensive classical guitars, but the workmanship is very good. I have been playing some Bach lute works on it with the low E string tuned to D and the 7th string tuned to A. It works well for reaching the lower bass lines in these pieces.

The neck is very wide compared to my Ibanez 7-string archtop, making some left hand stretches challenging when trying to play walking jazz bass lines.

I really like this guitar.
