    Hits Hard

Comments about Eminence Lab 15 High-Power 15" Subwoofer:

This sub is awesome! I'm running two of them, each in a 5.5 cubic foot enclosure. With a QSC PLX3602 powering them. With just those two subs I can easily get a 300 person dance floor bumping. Also the low end clarity is unbelievable! These subs have yet to distort on me, but Eminence's website also says it is nearly impossible to hear distortion on these. It is a little strange that it is rated at 6 ohms, but quite a few amps will run this sub (QSC PLX 3602 stereo, Crown XLS1500 Bridged mono, QSC RMX2450 Stereo or bridged mono - use this amp if you have 4 running - wouldn't recommend for just a single sub) Over all this sub would make a great addition to any system where someone wants the highest quality sound! Just be sure to give it plenty of power (1100-1300 Watts) or run a lot of them, because when Eminence says you can't hear the distortion they are telling the truth!!
