Spiffy

By Damien Bottles

from Butler, PA

Comments about CAD CM217 Small Diaphragm Condenser Microphone:

I purchased a pair of these a few months back, b/c i needed overheads for a drumset. They are fairly simple to use, not a whole lot a tweaking to get a good sound. The bass rolloff switch is very helpful, and the the cymbals sound clear and vibrant. Plus they are inexpensive, so if something goes ary, they are easily replaced, definetly recommend these to any and all looking to mic a set, or can be used for just about anything else in a pinch.

Don't let the cute size fool you...

By Devin Zorn

from North Richland Hills, Tx.

Comments about CAD CM217 Small Diaphragm Condenser Microphone:

I got these in the mail and was shocked at how small they were! When my session musicians see them, they laughed and remarked about how "cute" they were, but the sound is amazing. Good for acoustic guitars, piano and drum overheads, they sound great and aren't too bright or noisy. Got them on sale, Buy one get one free for $49, and compared them to the MXL 993 pair that costed $250 and it blew them out of the water. Get these now.
