Overview

Don't toss your effects and adapters into a duffel bag after a gig, keep them safe-and ready to rock at a moment's notice-with the Behringer PB1000. This pedal board makes hooking up twelve 2.5" x 4.5" pedals as easy as hooking up just one. The PB1000 includes 1/4" patch cables, so you can leave your pedals connected to one another, ready to pass signal even when you're transporting them. It also comes with 1 x 12 daisy chain cabling so that when you plug in the 1.7 A power adapter, all your pedals receive power. Meanwhile, all cabling remains safe and free of strain.

Connect your guitar, bass or keyboard to the single 1/4" input in the upper right corner of the board. A pair of 1/4" From Effects jacks in the upper left corner allow you to connect stereo effects, and two 1/4" Output To Amp jacks send a left and right stereo signal to up to two amps.

When it is time to load out, just unplug the power supply, disconnect your guitar and amp, put the lid back on the PB1000 and slide the locking latches back into place. The high-impact plastic casing will protect your pedals from the rigors of the road.

Features
  • Ultra-compact and lightweight pedal board
  • Generous 1.7 A power adapter included for powering more than 12 devices-includes all cabling
  • Ultra-rigid plastic design
  • High-quality components and exceptionally rugged construction

This pedal board is cool! The outer shell of the board feels a little bit cheap but other than that it still seems pretty protective. It came with a ton of 1/4" cables of various lengths. That is probably the best part. Besides the foam that holds the pedals in place, you can take them out if you don't like them. Cool board for the money.

The product is okay for the price, but the sound quality is horrible. If you plan to use a lot of pedals on this board, make sure you have a noise reduction pedal. The latch is very complicated to use and can get lost. The latch is plastic so it can break easily. Mine broke as I tried to close the case, so now I cant use the top case anymore. There is no spot specific for a volume pedal, so that is another con.

Pretty good

Comments about Behringer PB1000 Powered Pedal Board:

This board is built good. The casing and everything is pretty solid. Holds quite a bit of pedals and love the own power supply. Had mines for about 3 years and it still works fine! The one part that bothers me is the latches. I hope that in the future they could use metal latches instead of plastic latches. They don't hold up that well. But everything else is good!

Comments about Behringer PB1000 Powered Pedal Board:

Whoever said it has poor sound quality is completely Wrong. You have another issue, some pedals such as certain Electro Harmonix etc. Require their own power supply from the company that made the pedal, or they will sound bad. Or maybe you have a negative/positive pedal, instead of the normal positive/negative power pin. I only have 1 pedal that gave me a problem (a B-9 Electro-Harmonix). I put it on it's own power supply (specified by E.H.) , and the problem was solved. It adds zero noise with my current rig, and I run 12 pedals with it. It saves me tons of time on a gig/practice, just plug in, and go..

Comments about Behringer PB1000 Powered Pedal Board:

I was getting too many pedals to be manageable so I purchased this unit. Although it isn't fully populated (yet) it is convenient, easy to assemble and use, and easy to plug into and out of. Good, clean signals but I use clean power via conditioner. It is a bit bulky but then it also accommodates up to 12 pedals.

Comments about Behringer PB1000 Powered Pedal Board:

I've only been playing for one year now and even my ear can tell that the sound quality is horrible (not just the music being played). I didn't even use the cables that came with the board. I'm using the same Fender cables that I was using when my pedals were just spread across my floor. I've used this board for about two weeks and I've already ordered a different board. Now I just have to figure out what to do with this piece of garbage. I guess that's part of learning. On the plus side, it is exactly what I ordered and the delivery was pretty fast.

Comments about Behringer PB1000 Powered Pedal Board:

When running multiple pedals, you should Always use a power conditioner, or even a simple Hum-x, or my favorite, a Monster Power Power Center Pro 200, it allows you to provide what's known as " Clean Power" most power lines/outlets contain "Dirty Power" , which is static/ noise in the line. If you don't use something to provide "Clean Power" you will have noise from the power itself, and Ground loop hum. It is important to plug both the amp , and the pedal power supply into one of these.
