Not quite as good as my JamMaster but essentially the same. Quite up to the job it's expected to do.

    Stop Censoring me

Comments about On-Stage Stands Universal A-Frame Guitar Stand:

I posted a similar review on this a few weeks ago, Guitar Center seems to not want it up though, even though it breaks no rules and is honest. This guitar stand ruined the finish on my otherwise mint Gibson. Prior to using this stand my guitar didn't have a single mark on it. After about a month of use, I noticed about a 1" long gouge on the bottom where it sits on the left leg. I examined it closer and it was also dented in, at the spots where it meets both legs. Yes, gibson studios have a softer finish but it really shouldn't matter, should it? Thanks a ton On Stage.

    perfect stand

    By Clay Cromer

Comments about On-Stage Stands Universal A-Frame Guitar Stand:

This is just the best stand I've used. It is simple and holds my electric and acoustic-electric equally well. It has a sturdy foundation and padding for the back of your guitar to rest on. I have never regretted the fact that there's no neck clamp on these stands (I have 2). It's so easy to pick up and set right back down on the stand.

Comments about On-Stage Stands Universal A-Frame Guitar Stand:

This is a sturdy little stand that folds for easy toting. I would recommed it over many of the three legged ones so common for such a long time. I have for each of the guitars I use when performing and have never had a get-jo hit the flo yet!!

Don't let this stand fool you

    By Josh

Comments about On-Stage Stands Universal A-Frame Guitar Stand:

This is an awesome stand. Well made and the black powder coat looks great and resists scratches and chipping. It is compact and it holds a guitar firmly in place. Great for showing off your guitar. People don't like these stands because there isn't any neck support and thus the guitar can tip over easier. I've walked by and barely bumped other guitar stands that have the neck support and the whole thing tipped over. I've walked by this one and bumped it a couple times by accident, and the stand and the guitar stayed put. I think the key is the rubber grips on the base and on the top of the A frame that keep the guitar in place. While the frame design maintains a low center of gravity that resists tipping over. (it's not top heavy like stands with the neck support) Truth is, any guitar and guitar stand will fall over if bumped hard enough. The real questions people need be asking themselves is: What are you doing that you "bump" into your guitar stand hard enough to knock it over and why are you doing it that close to your guitar in the first place?

    Just Right

    By Jim

    from Spartanburg, SC

Comments about On-Stage Stands Universal A-Frame Guitar Stand:

Bought one to see if it was stable enough for my acoustic. It is. Got an electric guitar and, of course, it is made for either type. Didn't want to keep swapping the instruments from case to stand, so I ordered another. Now I need another for a third guitar. Where will it all end? Doesn't matter which type you're playing, it's stable, versatile and inexpensive.
