  • Safe for Nitro Finish

    I did some research before I bought the On-Stage Tubular Guitar stands. I was concerned about the protective tubing having a detrimental effect on the Nitro finish on my new Gibson ES-339, as some lesser stands will do. I actually contacted On-Stage support and asked if theirs were Nitro-Safe. They said that they were ? To The Best of Their Knowledge. They continually test for finishes. But guitar makers can and sometimes do change their finish formula. I felt confident enough to trust them. These stands are Perfect for my needs. These stands do exactly what they are designed to do ? hold your guitar in and upright, safe, and ready position. I don?t care for the Flip-Lock heads on some models of stands ? hard to get in and out of quickly. I personally do not like ?locking? a guitar into a stand. Not only hard to get out ? if you do knock it over it is going over regardless. BUT ? there is a ?keeper? if you choose to use it. These take down and fold up to a nice compact format. I owned a single one and needed another one. GC offered a 3-Pack for a few bucks more than a single stand. Beat That. A 10-Thumbs-up from me.

  • A great stand

    I bought my On Stage rack a couple of years ago. It's held 2 of my best guitars, an older Kramer and my ESP guitar. I've never had a problem with it and it has never ruined the finish. My Kramer has a nitro finish on it and my ESP has a black satin finish, no problems at all. It's been banged up, used as a "horse" when I was refinishing a piece of furniture that's been in my family for decades and I still use it today for my ESP. As a matter of fact, I'm in the process of buying another and I'll have a set of these. You won't be disappointed at all. Hope this helps with your decision, again you won't be disappointed at all, promise!!!
