• Needs work, but have the fix

  These are great stands, but needs added bracing here and there. We have two keyboard players in our band and this is what we did. We purchased 4 of these stands. (7 Keyboards for 2 stand rigs) Since these stands are extremely light weight, we added bracing and an additional tier for one of the stands. We also drilled to reposition the holes on the aluminum pieces that actually holds the keyboards. We've looked everywhere for a stand to give us exactly what we needed and it's not out there. These stands are the closest and with these tweaks, now meet our needs with flying colors. Only gave them 3 stars because we had to do tweaks to get them where they should have been out of the box.

• Great Product Great Price

  I am using the 3-tier On Stage stand in my home studio. I have my mixer on the top tier, my recorder on the 2nd tier, my synthesizer on the bottom tier and there's enough room to scoot my 88 key stage piano below the bottom tier. I found this product pretty easy to put together. It is so extremely versitile, I'm going to write the company and ask if I can buy more mounts so I can put more than one device on a tier. I'm very happy now that all that "stuff" isn't strung out across the room on various old desks and tables, which made it difficult to be the artist and the engineer at the same time. Bravo for a wonderful product at such an affordable price. Wish I would have made this purchase a long time ago.

• Finally Can Use All Keyboards At Once

  Despite being an 'On-Stage' stand I set it up for use in my studio. It is exactly what I was looking for to gather all my synths and modules onto one workstation. I ended up adding/building custom shelves for the stand rather easily using basic pre-finished 48inch shelves from the hardware store. In fact each arm had 2 holes on it already so you could adjust how far out you wanted each to stick which made securing one to the shelve and one to the bar/stand a breeze. Shelves took about 2-3 minutes each to install. Very easy to adjust heights and angles of the arms/shelves. Its not the strongest material being that its all plastic but it is lightweight for those looking to bring it on the road. Can lift the whole unit with one hand. With that being said I must say the stand itself is actually pretty sturdy and does not shake or wobble in the least bit. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was one of the brackets that holds the screw was kind of stripped/warped so it took a bit to get the last screw in place. Otherwise standard set up took less then 5 minutes to assemble and like I said extremely easy to adjust to your liking.
