I did a lot of searching for an articulating keyboard/mouse shelf before I purchased this one. I had found this one first, but thought I might be able to find one cheaper. I found a few that were, but they were also cheaper in construction and functionality. Anything that matched the quality was far more expensive. The shelf is well made, and the hardware is solid. It adjusts easily for a comfortable working position. I only have 2 issues - the slide out does not have a "lock" position, so if you push forward while working it can slide back. And it has a slight wobble from side to side, but doesn't affect typing or using the mouse. Even with these issues, I am very pleased with the shelf. I have a audio/video production business, and this is on my main edit desk, so it is used for hours at a time.
