Simple and Reliable

By DJ Marx

from St Louis, MO.

Comments about Numark M2 DJ Mixer:

I play small clubs and bars. I use a laptop with Virtual DJ and 2 Numark Axis 9 CD players. I've had this unit for about a year now. 2 to 3 shows a week and had no trouble at all with it so far. Sound quality is great and its size makes it very useful in small confined spaces. I would definetly recommend it

Great for price!!!

By Russell

from East Brunswik, New Jersey

Comments about Numark M2 DJ Mixer:

This is a great mixer for simple djing. The cross-fader is not the best because you wont start hearing the other channel until it's all the way over to the left or right. It's hard to explain. But besides that this is a great mixer for the price. It gets very loud and sounds great all around.

Great for the price

By Elliot Marx

from Taipei, Taiwan

Comments about Numark M2 DJ Mixer:

All of the rotary knobs are super sturdy and bolted to the main panel. The overall feeling of the mixer is definitely on par with mixers going for more than 2x as much. We just came out with an Innofader Pro to fit as an upgrade to this mixer because we've heard from many customers who wear out the original crossfader pretty quickly. We've taken the DM1050 (same mixer with a different faceplate) to several trade shows and it holds up really well.

Numark M2 Mixer

By Mitch

from South Florida

Comments about Numark M2 DJ Mixer:

I was very disappointed with this mixer because I was looking for a cheap mixer that I could use for scratching with. This mixer is not made for scratching because the crossfader is very fragile. Within about 2 months, the crossfader was bleeding. Do not get this mixer, you will regret it. Remember if you buy cheap, you buy twice.

Love it! Easy set-up. Had it up and running in minutes. Using it as an inbetween for Stanton Turntable & M-audio speakers.

By Tristian Scarbrough

from goldsboro,nc

Comments about Numark M2 DJ Mixer:

i've had 2 of these mixers and the worked pretty well then for some reason the first 1 started bleeding really bad then it fryed during a freestyle session, i went to guitar center and got another 1 then that 1 fryed the same day so maybe it was something i was doin (constant red line) but then i bought a pioneer djm-350 and i will say i will never by numark again

Almost There

By Anthony

from Pittsburgh, PA

Comments about Numark M2 DJ Mixer:

This is the third Numark mixer I've owned over the years. Pros: - Good spacing between all mixer components - Has separate level indicator for cue mix - Nice curves on the EQ's - Price Cons: The crossfader AND hi/mid/low potentiometers bit the dust in no time. If your crossfader is going to be unusable in a year, you probably should make it easier to replace. The pots are the worst part though. So scratchy. No amount of deoxit could fix them. Really a shame, because the rest of the mixer is great.
