A solid performer for a fraction of the cost

I recently purchased the tt1600 and I am really impressed with the quality and performance of this turntable. I have used much more expensive turntables with direct-drive motors but I actually like this one the best. I am a scratch dj so I require a turntable with high torque so it will get back up to speed quickly after I release the record. The sturdy aluminum plate and belt-drive motor are perfect for my needs. The 1600 also has a pitch adjustment for beatmatching and two start-stop buttons that are conveniently placed on top and bottom so I have easy access even in battle position. For the beginning hobbyist or even a seasoned veteran, the Numark TT1600 is an excellent turntable, and it's so affordable, why not buy two?
