i bought a usb turntable to convert many valuable and non replacable vinyl albums to digital to preserve them which was going fine til one morning i hooked the tone arm with my sleve and broke the stylus. N eedless to say i wasnt happy, so i went to the numark website and requested info on ordering a new one, as was normal from my many attempts to get info from numark there was silence. nomark customer srevice is a joke. anyway i went to guitar center . com and there they were easy enuf so i ordered . they were here in 3 days and the right ones so im now back in buisness. this is more a review of guitar center than the device but what can u say about a needle they either work or they dont . thanks again guitar center for coming through again in a pinch
