WOW! For the price and personal selection of these sticks, they are great! I'm a real hard hitter and I've owned these for almost a month and I havn't broken a stick yet. They are really great for all types of music.

I've used 5B Nylon Nova sticks for years and NEVER lost a tip. Although I have busted a few tips off but never has one come unguled. Very few Nova sticks break on the grain. Slow shredding is the rule and these sticks follow that rule effortlessly. The quality and price can't be beat. Ha... get it, beat.

I got these sticks and the first day I got them I broke one. More recently (1 month after purchase) I had a show at a local venue and I broke 5 sticks. It made me kind of mad that they were just breaking so easily. Most of them were breaking right under the tip. And I had a couple break in the middle in my left hand from hitting the rim and snare at the same time. But I am not worried because I remembered I had about 5 more pairs at my house. So even though they break easily for me, still a great bargain for the price. I will be ordering more soon and you should too!

These sticks are amazing. They haven't chipped at all anywhere and I play pretty hard. They are the best sticks with nylon tips for the price.

I purchased the nova 5A wood online for my electic drums and fell in love with them,The quality is amazing for the price.I thought they would make agreat practice stick,but now i use them all the time.The5A wood are my favorite.If they made an acorn shaped tip i would give them a 5 star. they are extremely durable and have a great feel.
