Good for the price, just make sure your keyboard fits.

The internal dimensions on mine are 51" x 13" x 5.5", a little short for a lot of keyboards. I got my Casio PX-120 to fit by moving the side compartment divider although that took 3 hours and power tools. It doesn't have straps for holding down the keyboard but I don't like those anyway as they tend to bend keys; better to cut a piece of foam to keep the keyboard from sliding around. If you jumped up and down on the "wide" part of the lid then the plywood would bend enough to be a concern; maybe other cases of this type have thicker plywood in this area (and weigh more) but I don't know. In the other directions it's pretty impenetrable. Not as sexy as a plastic case but I think it'll hold up better to general banging around.
