Claves (pronounced clah' vay) are an essential instrument in Latin music and shouldn't be missing from any percussion set up. When struck together they produce a bright clicking sound and are often used to play a repeating rhythmic figure known as clave. The NINO574 is a traditional instrument made of rubber wood. Approximately 8" long and 3/4" in diameter. Sold in pairs.
