Overview

Nady's UHF-4 Dynamic Wireless Headset Mic System offers high-quality wireless for an impressively affordable price. Interference-free operation on select UHF frequencies; companding circuitry for an industry best 120dB dynamic range; and clear, natural sound. DigiTRU Diversity dual-antenna system prevents dropouts and extends range. Tone Squelch blocks potential interference. Full LED indicators keep you on top of things. Unbalanced 1/4" and unbalanced XLR outputs and silent transmitter on/off.

System includes receiver, bodypack transmitter, and dynamic mic headset. Transmitter features status and low-battery indication and a off/standby/on switch. 9V alkaline or NiMH battery provides 4-6 hours continuous usage.

Consumer Alert:

Most users do not need a license to operate this wireless microphone system. Nevertheless, operating this microphone system without a license is subject to certain restrictions: the system may not cause harmful interference; it must operate at a low power level (not in excess of 50 milliwatts); and it has no protection from interference received from any other device. Purchasers should also be aware that the FCC is currently evaluating use of wireless microphone systems, and these rules are subject to change. For more information, call the FCC at 1-888-CALL-FCC (TTY: 1-888-TELL-FCC) or visit the FCCs wireless microphone website at: www.fcc.gov/cgb/wirelessmicrophones.

EASY and QUICK

By N Walsh

from Hillsboro, OR

Placed my order online and in two days I had my mic. I purchased this mic for myself to teach Jazzercise. With all the movement, the headset stays on well, my voice is clear and the best part, the headset wire from the battery pack is not excessively long. I just plugged it in and taught that night. Thank you

Cheap Cheap Cheap

By Anonymous

from Undisclosed

I'm a professional martial artist, and also a musician for 15 years so I know what I am talking about. I use this mic for teaching classes, and I have already gone through 2 headsets and I have only had it 3 months or so. I use it about 2x per week for big classes and the problem is that the headset connection to the transmitter is trash. If you even pull lightly on the wire one time it will start to short out the wire. The first headset shorted out INSIDE of the connector peice, and the second headset (after a brisk 6-8 weeks return via mailing in reciepts, the broken headset, multiple company phone calls, waiting, etc.. I finally got the second headset which promptly shorted out. Unless you plan on standing still and NEVER dropping the transmitter this is not for you.Sound quality, being a recording enthusiasm and musician with many different microphones I can tell you the sound quality is sub par, I would not use this for singing live. Public speaking, its fine, but nothing else. It occasionaly cuts out, but those times are few and far between.
