just getting back into it for home hobby recording. I have a small variety of mics, nothing very expensive, dynamic & condenser. 3 acoustic, 2 electric and 3 bass guitars. The separate gain controls and the dual power level/on off switch is a big plus. Always trying various mics and position in stereo.
Experimented boosting a AKG-D8000s dynamic and was quite impressed with the difference.(both clasic & acoustic guitars) Battery means not having something else to plug in- but having that option would make it 5 stars.
