This product does exactly what it says it does. You can plug up to four guitars into this unit to have them play through the same amp. This comes in handy when you are using multiple guitars on stage and you need to change guitars without having to unplug and then re-plug in.

Sorry, but this thing had problems right out of the box. I decided to try to save a little money and get the "like new" version. Guitar Center, shame on you! The thing wasn't even CLOSE to being like new. Very used. But that aside, I couldn't get rid of the noise (squealing, static) and one of the channels bled into another. Nady needs to go back to the drawing board on this one.
I've had this system for about a year...only because I'm too lazy to throw it in the garbage. From the moment I plugged it in, I realized that it killed all of my gain. I called their tech support and they told me there is a capacitor inside the transmitter to reduce noise (and gain, apparently). They said I could clip the capacitor inside the transmitter to try and get the signal strength back. Let me warn u, doing this results in reclaiming about 30% of your gain, but it also doubles the amount of noise transmission. This item may be useful for acoustic guitar, or a clean electric, but for a rock guitarist it is worthless. I'm back to using cables...but my rack space is filled!.
