A classic guitar case; everything you would expect for durable, lockable protection of a treasured guitar. I bought it for my 12 string acoustic electric because it was just long enough to get the larger headstock in. Shiney brass latches keep the case closed tight; one has a keyed lock. Textured hard shell resists bumps & scruffs while at home and when traveling to or from gigs and the studio. The short pile interior is dense and holds my guitar snugly in place without any big gaps. One side of the covered storage compartment cradles the guitar neck and the compartment is generous enough inside to securely hold extra sets of strings, a pro-winder, capo, & batteries. Whether your instrument is new or lovingly used it makes sense to keep it in top shape with this quality case.

Baed on the stellar reviews from previous buyers, I sort of expected a surprisingly good deal. However, I found the construction of this case to be fair at best. The lid is poor fitting, so the latches don't line up all that great. It fits the guitar (mid 70's Guild D25) well, but I doubt it will last all that long, and I certainly wouldn't trust the case to hold up in any one else's hands but mine. Maybe I expected too much for the price, but I think reviews should honestly reflect the product.

I recently purchased an acoustical guitar from Guitar Center and it came with the standard nylon zipped case. I have been searching for a good case for a fair price. Well, when I saw this case being on sale for under $40 dollars. That got my attention. Good sturdy case and four solid hardware. The soft inner liner is perfect protection for my acoustical guitar. I highly recommend this as long as the price does not go up. I purchased the black case. It was the only color, black, that was on sale.
I bought this dreadnought case after reading reviews here. For the money, this is a great case. The hardware and fit & finish are all very good, and it look great. The top fits perfectly (I've got a much more expensive TKL case that doesn't fit), and the latches & hinges are all excellent. The interior does have glue/construction residue odor, but airing it out should cut into that, plus I've also put a balsam fir sachet inside to cover the chemical odor. It also has nice brass "feet" you'd expect in a high priced case. I'd recommend this case to anyone in a heartbeat.
Exceeded my expectations. Good price.
This is a great case for my new Taylor 114ce acoustic guitar. Sturdy construction and ample storage inside. Fits my guitar like a glove with plenty of cushion for extra piece of mind. I went with the tweed just for a different look and I am glad I did. I love it and would definately recommend it.
Got this for my daughter as a Christmas present and she loves it. Great quality, fit and price. I highly recommend this case.
I bought this for my grandson's new guitar. He and I are very pleased with the case he will be taking back and forth to school. The case seems sturdy and well-padded with a roomy compartment inside.
Very nice case for the money. Well constructed and plush interior. Suits my needs perfectly. Thanks GC!
I am very happy with the case for my new guitar! It is sturdy and looks nice and fits mu dreadnaught Yamaha guitar like a glove! By buying the case online and having it delivered to the store I saved so much money! I did a lot of research and even went to several stores and this case goes for about $80 to $85! Save your self some money and buy this case one line and delivered to your local guitar center, you wouldn't be disappointed !
This case was exactly what I needed. Had it about 1 month. Fits my Fender perfect, nice and snug. Plenty of compartment space with lid for small tuner, picks, strings, etc. Hinges and latches do not seem cheap. Has lock, havn't tried it. Sturdy handle. This would be a good case for lite travel, guitar lessons, in town gigs, practices, and storage which is why I got it. Might not hold up to being on the road in a band. Otherwise, for the price it can't be beat. No bad smell, just smelled new when I got it. Nice and soft inside. I got black and it looks really good, the gold hinges and latches have grown on me and I really like the large gold stitching on the lid. When I need another one I will buy it again. Thank you Musicians Gear and GC, homerun here.
Pleasantly surprised sums up exactly how I felt about my new case. While I was expecting a cheap case I got a great case for the price not a cheap case at all. Well constructed and nice to look at very sturdy great for back-and-forth road where.. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat!
