This bag covers it all. Has all the handles staps and ways to carry your axe and gear with room to spare. I care about my gear and this bag covers that TOTALLY!! Have to say it's excellent, got caught loading out in a rain/dust storm and the bag just shed the H2O & dust like never even happened, everything was dry and clean. LOVE IT, even has room for my collapsable stand. This bags so fine..
For the price it is well made. Could have used a bigger pocket up front and a little longer. My bass just fits, but it does what I expected for something in this price range.
I ordered this product for one of my bass guitars. It protects it just enough to where it won't get scratched up and keeps it protected from the elements. Definitely worth the price. The material is sturdy as well. Can't forget to mention the convenience of the straps as this keeps my hands free to carry other equipment. Guitar Center has yet to disappoint.
Unlike my Fender HSS Stratocaster, my new Fender Jazz Bass did not come with a gig bag. When I inquired about this with the good folks at Guitar Center, they made me an offer on this gig bag for about half itۡs listed price. I was skeptical of itۡs quality, but being on a budget and needing a gig bag for my new bass, I took a chance. I am quite pleased that I did, now. Itۡs quality is almost equal to that of my Fender gig bag, only slightly less padded. It has a zipper pocket on the front which is more suited for holding music sheets or a cable, rather than anything thicker, like a tuner and such. But I have no intention on using it for anything, myself. If you donۡt need a solid case and if you, like myself, are careful with your instruments, this gig bag will do the trick.
I just got an old MIM Fender Jazz Bass from a buddy for cheap, but his old soft case is completely thrashed. I didn't need anything fancy, just something that I could use to carry the bass around. This was exactly what I was looking for. The padding isn't particularly thick, so I wouldn't recommend this if you're looking for something to protect a nice instrument. Also, I could see the plastic clasps for the backpack straps wearing out easily, but I doubt that would happen before you got your investment's worth.
Plain and simple this is a low end gig bag I bought for function and it is sturdy not much padding and small pouch on front however the price cant be beat its serves its purpose. It dosent empty your wallet. Bottom line if you need to carry around a cheap bass this is what you use.
I got this for my first gig bag and it is a good beginner. But I've been playing for 2 years now and I have some experiance and I have to say the front pocket needs some more space.
