Beware
I ask for a stand when I bought my new guitar. This is what I was given. I wasn't warned in the store not to use this on my new Les Paul Standard. Exactly one week on the stand and it ruined the neck. I see it printed here not for Nitro Cellulose Finishes, but apparently the salesman didn't know or didn't care. Called and they say Not Covered. Make sure you know what your getting.

Buy it
Two words... buy it. A great stand at a poormans price. Holds my Dean ML great, no problems. Very happy with it. Easy to assemble and good quality. Bottom line, a must have before they're gone.

Good Value
For the price, the stand is well constructed. Do heed the warning about the effect of the foam sleeves on nitrocellulose finishes (I neglected to read the warning tag attached to the stand thinking it was a price tag - d'oh!). Rather than return it, I simply went to a well-known auto parts store and bought a couple sections of 5/8" rubber hose (the kind for fuel/vacuum) and replaced the foam with it. Et voila! With a minimal amount of effort, I now have a sturdy stand that won't harm my bass's finish. The hose even looks better than the foam did. Beginners: if you don't buy this stand, buy another. Having your instrument at the ready definitely encourages practice!

Best single stand!
I have had this stand for about two years now, and it looks and works like new. I've used it on my strat and now I'm buying another one for my les paul. It keeps my guitar nice and safe, not to mention It's almost impossible to knock it over. For a price as low as this... BUY IT!!!

Normally you get what you pay for...
I was in desperate need for a stand. 3 guitars, all leaning up against my wall. I bought this and was shocked how well it held my guitar! It grips well, and you can take out the guitar with putting yourself in pain! I switch this stand between my acoustic and axe. I love it!

Watch Out
You get what you pay for. This Guitar Stand comes with a tag that reads the following: Attention: Not recommended for guitars with nitro cellulous lacquer finish, The material of foam might cause unexpected chemical reaction that may deteriorate the finish!!!!!

Basic Can't Be Beat
This is a good, well-made stand for your home, but I wouldn't recommend it for stage or commercial studio or any high-traffic area; for those areas you'll want something with a heavier or wider, tip-proof base.

Great Sturdy and Affordable Stand
This stand is just what I expected. It's very nice, and has a padded neck area, rubber feet, an adjustable height, and it folds up quite nicely. I would highly recommend this product. I wouldn't pay more for anything else because I'm not sure how to improve this one. Just buy one; very easy on the pocketbook.
