The Musicians Gear Deluxe Tripod Amp Stand is a tiltback-style amp stand constructed with a heavy-duty steel tripod base that adjusts to accommodate various-sized amps. More important, it features 5 tilt positions that allow for optimal sound. This fold-and-go stand is perfect for the road and it even includes a 5/8" threaded end, allowing musicians to add a mic or boom. Both the velveteen-rubber amp holders and foam-padded collar that slides along the upper shaft protect your amp from scratches and dings. Can support up to 100-pound amps. Has a black coat finish.

  • Exactly what I wanted.

    I have a smallish area to work with for a home studio. Most amp stands either place the amp too high or at too extreme of an angle for my liking. This stand allows me to place my Fender HRD III exactly at the height and angle I was seeking. The tripod support is rock solid. There's no chance of an accidental tip over here. The padded collar for the back of the amp is a nice touch too.

  • Kick Ass Stand

    I use a Fender Mustang II 40 Watt amp for Jazz and Funk and it is perfect for most club gigs, however, sitting on the floor I have to crank it and doing chords it is too loud. ( Yeah 40 watts too loud) With this stand I can mix my sound better with the band and hear it better as well as the band and we have a beautifull mix now. I havent used the boom yet but I am sure it will make a difference in the studio.
