Hi all, This was my first Music Man and i think i have got the best of all their guitars.The neck is just beautiful and fast as hell.i had some problem with the action of factory set up but once I played around with the truss rod ,it was fine.It takes some time to break into this guitar if you are used to a Jem,but once broken into,you cant help but marvel at how versatile the guitar is.The guitar stays in tune even after nice dive bombs.The best part of the whammy bar is it stays kind of tight and locked in any position you want when you are picking.This was a big problem with my previous guitar where the whammy needed to be pulled up everytime you wanted to do a trick.The whammy bar is floating here and swings both ways.The pick ups are superb and give you a variety of tones you can never imagine.However my fav is the neck pick up which gives 'singing' kind of lead tones that Steve uses a lot while the bridge is ideal for screams and artificial harmonics.Overall a killer guitar with killer looks.
