Comments about Morley Steve Vai Liberty Wah Guitar Effects Pedal:

I have been playing for a number of years, and have owned several wah pedals. Out of all I have ever used, I absolutely enjoy this wah pedal best. It is user friendly, and is inviting to play. With the optical auto on and off feature, it frees the player to just enjoy playing, and not skip a beat. Our band has a song that requires the wah effect for the body of the melody, but requires the guitar player to switch to another effect on the very next beat. It can be done with this wah. It is great sounding wah, and does not have a variety of bells and whistles. It is pretty straight forward, and has a great depth of sound. It is a great size. I highly reccoment this wah. I am a US Veteran, and appreciate Stevie giving a portion to my fellow vets.

Comments about Morley Steve Vai Liberty Wah Guitar Effects Pedal:

I have played guitar for a while. I have always wrestled with the wahs that I have used in the past. Some wahs require activation by pressing the switch located usually at the front of the pedal, and to press the switch again to deactivate. This requires time, or a beat or 2 when playing a song that may require partial wah effect, but not through the entire song. This also takes away from your concentrating on playing. The automatic off and on feature eliminates that step, so there is less stress on the mechanics and operation while playing, and more care free use, and freedom to concentrate on what you are playing. I like the spring loaded feature, that automatically returns the pedal to the up position, and turns the pedal off. The first day I played it, it felt totally comfortable and natural. This pedal does not have all the bells and whistles that other wah pedals promote, but do you really need them? It is very straight forward in playing. Ease of operation, and sounds great. I am also a U.S. Veteran, and want to thank Steve for donating a portion to our Brothers and Sisters who have put them selves out there for our country.

Comments about Morley Steve Vai Liberty Wah Guitar Effects Pedal:

This is by FAR the best Wah I have ever owned. I began playing in the late 60's and have used many including an ACTUAL Original Cry Baby!!When they came out!!

Comments about Morley Steve Vai Liberty Wah Guitar Effects Pedal:

I've been using one of these for about two years now and it's wonderful. It has the switchless design, which is much easier to deal with than clicking on and off a standard Cry Baby. The design is solid metal and seems to be built like a tank. Additionally, I love the idea that part of the money for this goes to the USO. It's a great pedal and you can do some good when you buy it. You can't lose with this thing.

          Bad Horsie

          By Steve

          from NJ

Comments about Morley Steve Vai Liberty Wah Guitar Effects Pedal:

The Libery Wah is basically the Bad Horsie I with American Flag graphics. It's optical, so no more sticky on/off switches or clicking noises when turning on/off. The only downside to that is not being able to set the wah half way and leave it. It has a wide sweep, yet is more abrupt than other wahs. If you're looking at the Bad Horsie wahs, go for the Bad Horsie II Contour Wah.
